Kayla Neer

Johnson City High School Junior

Kayla is a junior at JC and first year member of A2A. Kayla plays varsity volleyball and lacrosse, as well as indoor track. Kayla has been involved with athletics since 6th grade. Kayla is a member in numerous clubs at JC, spends time volunteering in the community, and a dedicated student. After high school, Kayla plans to attend a four year college to study biochemistry and continue playing lacrosse. Kayla is honored to have a chance to make a difference in the community and help those currently struggling. 

Sean Moran

Johnson City High School Junior

Sean is currently a junior at Johnson City High School and is a first year member of the A2A organization. He participates year-round in Varsity Football, Basketball and Baseball for the school as well as travel organizations. Along with athletics, Sean is the Junior Class secretary and an avid member of the Key Club, Mathletes and Philosophy Club. Sean takes exception to giving back to his community and has this to say about A2A, “The most important part of this organization for me is not that it “looks good” or is just another club, but the fact that you can make a positive change in someone’s life and in our community”.

Keziah Dick

Johnson City High School Junior

Keziah is a junior and first year member of A2A. She runs both indoor and outdoor track and has been part of each since freshman year. She was honored to go to states her sophomore year in the 200m outdoor race. She is also involved in FCCLA, Spirit Club, Key Club, and mathletes. She says "I am honored to be elected a member of this amazing organization. I'm looking forward to raise money and make a difference". 

Dylan Smith

Dylan is a junior and first year member of A2A. He plays soccer and is an active member in the community. Dylan says "A2A is a great opportunity to assist those in need". 

Matthew Calenzo

Johnson City High School Junior

Matt is a junior and first year member of A2A. He has been part of the varsity golf and hockey teams since 9th grade. Matt is also the president of the 2020 class. He is an active member in the community and volunteers time for his school often. Matt plans to attend a four year college to study political science and continue to play hockey. He his honored to be a part of this organization and is looking forward to make a difference in the community as well as in the lives of those going through difficult times. 

Jacob Carpenter

Johnson City High School Junior

Jake is a junior and first year member of A2A. He has been a member of the varsity lacrosse team since freshman year, and is also part of the varsity golf and indoor track teams. He is the treasurer for the class of 2020 and is also in varsity club. Jake plans to play division one lacrosse. Jake strongly believes that the A2A program makes our community better and is honored to say he is a part of it. He wants to make a difference and feels A2A is a perfect way to do so, 

Makaeyla Ailport

My name is Makaeyla Ailport and I am a 16 year old junior. I play volleyball, softball, and run indoor track. I am excited to begin helping people all in our community. I can't wait to be able to feel a difference and make a change. I believe even small changes help people.

Paul is a junior and first year member of A2A. Paul plays baseball and runs indoor track in the fall. Along with A2A, Paul is involved with Philosophy Club. 

Darren Jahelka

Johnson City High School Junior

Darren is a junior and first year member of A2A. He participates in varsity golf, indoor track and Lacrosse. Along with athletics, Darren is an avid (and loud) member of the JC maroon mafia fan club. He hopes to pursue a Pro Golf Management degree in college as well as play golf. 

Jacob Garey

Johnson City High School Junior

Jake is a junior and first year member of the A2A program. He has participated in athletics, playing on the JV baseball, basketball, and varsity golf teams. He recently took up soccer in the fall. Jake is a part of Key Club where he volunteers plenty to help out the community. Jake believes the program is very beneficial for the community, and wants to be a part of helping raise funds for certain causes. 

Elizabeth Akulis

Liz is a senior and first year member of A2A. She is an active volunteer in the community and wishes to continue her education in the field of computer science. Liz plays varsity basketball, softball, and soccer. She says "Being a part of A2A is more than being part of a group, it's being a part of a community, an honor I cherish".

Grant Grabowski

Grant is a senior and second year member of A2A. Grant plays varsity soccer, indoor track, as well as baseball. Along with athletics, Grant is a scholar and member of the New Visions medical program. He is also president of the fan club, member of national honor society, and involved with varsity club.

Alex Bachura

Johnson City High School Senior

Alex is a senior and first year member of A2A. She plays both scholastic and travel volleyball along with softball. She enjoys anything involved with sports and loved helping people in need to give back. She feels as A2A is the perfect combination of both of these hobbies. Alex plans to attend SUNY Broome in the fall and transfer to a university after one year to study homeland security. She says "A2A is the exact definition of being a wildcat, she couldn't be more excited to join such a great organization".

Jaiden Dino

Jaden is a senior and second year member of A2A. Jaden plays varsity volleyball and lacrosse. She one day hopes to become an athletic trainer, as she is passionate about helping others. 

Tala AlKuisi

Tala is a senior and first year member of A2A. Tala is a proud member of the varsity lacrosse and tennis teams. Along with A2A, she is involved with National Honor Society. 

Rylie Greenman

Johnson City High School Senior

Rylie is a senior and first year member of Athletes to Athletes. He is a proud member of the varsity baseball team. Along with A2A, Rylie is an affiliate of National Honor Society, Philosophy Club, and Chess Club. Rylie believes “A2A is a brilliant organization as it gives students an opportunity to use their influence to benefit not only a few people, but empower an entire community”.

Jake is a 12th grade Johnson City student in his second year of A2A. He is involved in varsity football, Basketball, and Baseball. He is honored to be a part of A2A because he wants to do positive things to help the community .

Kendall Brzozowy

Johnson City High School Senior

Kendall is a senior at Johnson City High School and this is her second year being a member of A2A.  Kendall was also a recipient of A2A back in 2013.  She plays varsity volleyball and is a part of the travel volleyball team known as Whirlwind on the off-season.  Kendall is involved in 3 school clubs such as Varsity Club, Key Club, and Spirit Club.  She is honored to be chosen as a member of this amazing club because she wants to give back to the community who raised awareness for her.  She wants to help raise money, support, and bring awareness to those who need it.

David Kennedy

Johnson City High School Senior

David is a second year member of Athletes to Athletes.  He has been a part of the varsity Football and Wrestling team since 9th grade, and plays baseball during the spring season. He is in Spanish club and is also a part of FCCLA.  What David says about being a part of A2A is that “it is a privilege to be a part of such a charitable program.  I am looking forward to changing the lives of others who are experiencing difficult times in their life”.

Calesta Reigelman

Johnson City High School Senior

Calesta is a senior at Johnson City High School and is a second year member of A2A. She has played varsity soccer since freshman year, varsity basketball since sophomore year and also plays softball. Calesta plans to attend college possibly for engineering and hopes to play college basketball.  She is also a three year member of Key Club and French Club.  What Calesta says being a part of A2A is: “Having the opportunity to be a member of such an amazing program adds to my character giving a sense of satisfaction knowing that I am contributing to causes and people who need help.  There are many who are struggling and suffering and A2A

gives the chance to help”.

Olivia Bowman

Johnson City High School Senior

Olivia is a senior at Johnson City High School.  She is a three season varsity athlete: soccer basketball, and softball.  She plans to attend a four year college and wants to play soccer. Olivia believes A2A will be a good experience and a good opportunity to help the community.  Also, Olivia is very excited to be a part of A2A and is honored to be able to make a difference.

Cheyna Canfiled

Johnson City High School Senior

Cheyna is a senior at Johnson City High School and is in her second year as an A2A member.  She is actively involved in a number of varsity sports including volleyball, indoor track, and outdoor track.  She takes part in Varsity Club, Spirit Club, Boys Volleyball Club and Key Club. Cheyna is looking forward to the opportunity to help those in need and give back to her community.  She says, “I have always admired this organization and its members, and I am honored to represent and raise money for this remarkable group”.

Madison Balchikonis

Madison is a senior at Johnson City and is a second year member of A2A. Madison is a captain on the varsity lacrosse team and also plays for RIDE Lacrosse, her travel team. Also she plays varsity volleyball and girls varsity basketball.  Madison is a part of Key Club, Varsity Club, and Spirit Club.  She is honored to have been chosen to be a part of a team that helps give back to the community.

Katrina Fox

Katrina Fox is a 12th grade student at Johnson City.  She is a second year member.  She is involved in softball, indoor track and soccer. She is also involved in FCCLA club and Spanish club.  She is honored to be a part of A2A because of how well the organization is run and how much the organization helps people and the organization.

Taylor Johnson

Johnson City High School Senior

Taylor is a senior at Johnson City High School and this is her second year being a part of A2A.  She has been involved in sport related activities since a young age and currently plays on the varsity soccer, basketball, and lacrosse teams.  Besides sports Taylor is a member of Key Club and volunteers around the community as well as focusing on her academics.  She is planning to attend a four-year college and hopes to play basketball.  She believes A2A is a good way to gain experience and helping out in the community.  She is very excited and honored to be a part of A2A and excited to help make a difference. 

David Chilson

David is a senior and this is his second year being apart of A2A. He plays Varsity Basketball, Lacrosse, and Golf. David is also the Treasurer of his class. He plans on attending a Four year College to study Business. What David has to say about his involvement in A2A: "Ever since I was in elementary school I looked up to the members of A2A. This organization is just what our community needs. I feel such honor to be apart of Athletes2Athletes."
